While we have salesmen, we refuse to be a sales-based organization.  Too often companies these days are disproportionate in their structure and especially in their role recognizance.  In our company a salesman’s only job is to identify a need in a potential client’s life, and then to build the relationship to the point where the client is positive they would like to do business with our company – whether it will be just to retain our services as web design and marketing consultants, or whether they are positive they want us to build their internet presence and assist their internet marketing efforts.  That is where our consultants step in.
